1. General Questions

How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track its status. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with the expected delivery date and a tracking link. Additionally, you can track the status of your order on the "Track Order" page on our website.

Why haven't I received my email confirmation?
Check your SPAM or junk folder first, as our email might have been filtered there. If you still can't find it, please contact us, and we will resend the confirmation email.

What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enable you to shop with confidence on our website. You are protected when:

  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received, which was assured to be genuine, was fake.

How secure is my personal information?
We use industry-standard privacy protection measures. We do not sell, lease, or distribute any personal customer information. All sensitive personal information is securely stored offline at our privately managed data center.

Will my item be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you specified combined shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping," "shipped," or "delivered," we cannot accept any changes. To make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team via the contact page.

What is the quality of your sunglasses?
Our sunglasses are crafted with high-quality materials, including polarized lenses and durable metal frames. They offer UV400 protection, ensuring your eyes are well-protected from harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?
Yes, all of our sunglasses are equipped with UV400 protection, blocking 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays for superior eye protection.

How do I care for my sunglasses?
To keep your sunglasses in the best condition, we recommend cleaning the lenses with the microfiber cloth provided. Avoid using abrasive materials, and store your sunglasses in the protective case when not in use.

 

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. These options are available at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently support charging in USD, CAD, and EUR. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will be charged in USD, CAD, or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate.

 

3. Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping times are as follows: United States: 7-21 days

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE delivery for all orders.

What if I'm not home during delivery?
If you're not home, the delivery will be attempted the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. Alternatively, you may need to collect your package from your local post office.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and invoice you in local currency for duties and taxes.

 

4. Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store.
  • The item should not have been used in any way.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. Please mention that you would like to exchange the item when preparing your return with our support team.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days.

Is there a warranty?
Currently we do not offer warranty on our products.

Do you have physical stores?
We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name. We are hoping to get there soon!

What if my package gets lost?
We are not liable if the incorrect address is provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we made an error, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement order at no charge.
